Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has revealed the Indiramma Housing Scheme to be launched on March 11. This initiative aims at economic empowerment by providing housing solutions to the deprived sections. In the initial phase, 3,500 houses will be sanctioned in each assembly constituency, benefiting many recipients. Landowners will get Rs 5 lakh for construction on their plots, while the homeless will get the same amount along with a plot for construction of a house, thereby increasing support for the economically deprived.
